JPIC

The St. Mary’s JPIC Team is working to understand the many problems in need of healing in our communities and our world. The ministry’s goal is summarized in our mission statement:

We, the Justice, Peace and Integrity of Creation (JPIC) Ministry, are guided by our passion for sustainability and justice for the earth and its inhabitants.
We address current institutions, systems and beliefs that are the root causes of harm to people and our planet.
We educate ourselves and others and act to achieve the world we envision.

The Team has begun the education, networking and advocacy process for us and all interested parishioners. We welcome all to join us in our efforts, no matter what your age, talents and availability might be. Working together and sharing our experiences and ideas will enable us to expand the scope of our efforts.
